SHIPPING TO CANADA

We offer complimentary UPS standard shipping and returns on order over $200 in Canada with the option of Express Shipping for $30. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Please allow 2 business days for processing of standard shipments plus an additional 4 business days for delivery. Shipping timeline may vary in rural areas.

Express orders will be processed in 1 business day plus an additional 2 business days for delivery. Overall, please allow 3 business days from the initial order date to receive your shipment. Please be advised that our shipping timelines are estimates and could be impacted by carrier delays. 

Note orders placed after 5pm EST are considered next business day.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S.

We offer a flat shipping rate of $25 for all orders shipped to the U.S. with the option of Express shipping for $50. Customer is responsible for fees associated with all return shipping labels. 

Please note that customers in US are responsible for any duties and sales taxes applicable to your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is charged a flat rate of $50 per order.  We reserve the right to increase this rate for large orders. A signature is required for all deliveries. Customer is responsible for fees associated with all return shipping labels. 

International customers are responsible for all associated clearance charges of the shipment, inclusive of any local import taxes, duties and clearance fees. In case of returns, keep all original shipping documents and waybills for tax and duty reimbursement claims. The Untold Chapter is not responsible for reimbursement of these fees.
