Returns

We want you to love your pieces. If you are not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are processed through our return portal.
A prepaid label will be provided upon approval.

Items must be:

Returns must be received within 14 business days of authorization.

Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of approval.
Please allow 5–7 business days for funds to appear.

A $30 return label fee will be deducted from your total refund.

Returns must be requested via email. Please email us info@theuntoldchapter.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, as well as any duties or import fees incurred at time of return.

Items must be unworn and returned with original tags and packaging.

A $20 restocking fee will be applied.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order and return your item.

Final Sale
All sale items are final sale.

Refused Shipments
Any refused shipment will have associated costs deducted from the refund.
